Terms of Service
To facilitate the efficiency of the appointments and best patient outcomes, please refer to these Terms of Service below:
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- Please provide 24 hours notice (and 3 days notice if it is over a weekend) if you cannot keep your appointment so that someone else on the waiting list can be accommodated. There is a cancellation charge within this notice window, especially if the slot cannot be filled.
- Full payment is to be made at the time of your visit. Payment methods accepted include: cash and credit card.
- There is a charge for telephone and e-mail, replies and consultations, $50 per 15 minutes (or part thereof).
- You will experience greater results if you can make the recommended changes advised during your consultation e.g. diet, lifestyle and mindset.
